The NASRA Online Chapel Pledge

"For why did they weep if they had not feet nor the stove-horse?" (Gimbo 2:3)

We at the NASRA Online Chapel are dedicated to providing best value services to our clients in a caring, non-judgemental and even manner. We place the needs of our clients as paramount to the purpose of our organisation.

Together with our affiliated organisations - the Antiques Roadshow, the RSPCA and Peter Falk - we continue to assess and improve our services to ensure that we are constantly offering the best value for our clients.

The Online Chapel is committed to equal opportunities in our employment mandate and will welcome all applicants. We are particularly happy to employ disabled people because we find them easier to control.

What to do if you want to complain about our services

If you have a complaint about any of our services or you feel that we have taken too much of your money, forms LR-43-23 and KG-87-53 are availiable from any NASRA office. Each is just £49.99 each and comes complete with a booklet explaining how to fill it out and an oversized return envelope (pre-stamped for a service charge of £12.50).

We will treat all complaints fairly and in strict confidence. In line with the Data Protection Act, 1982 we will refuse to discuss the matter with you over the phone or in person and under no circumstances divulge to anyone what we intend to do about it.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of capital, life or sexual inexperience that results from involvement with our organisation. The above pledge is in no way legally or morally binding. We reserve the right to withdraw any of our services at any time and will not actually do anything with the complaint forms that you send us unless they are funny in which case we reserve the right to laugh at you and post them on the site. We are not affiliated with the stated organisations although we would welcome discussions with Peter Falk because we think Columbo was really cool.
