DAJPL's OnLine news articles are garnered from all articles marked for public release by DAJPL's Information Department. The OnLine news archive will not include news items deemed worthy of purely internal, limited or no release.

The majority of DAJPL departments have an investigative reporting and dedicated news teams associated with them. In addition to the departmental and facility news teams, each country which DAJPL has claimed full legal ownership of has a dedicated news department. These news departments compete for the latest story and are encouraged to use the most hard-nosed investigative journalistic tactics to ensure they always reveal the full story.

Upon completion, each news article is submitted to the Information Department for gading. Articles are distributed from the Information Ministry according to their grading and, although DAJPL are clear that our reporters can report on any story, some storys will then not be published, or their release limited when content may damage DAJPL interests or reveal sensative information. This is decided exclusively by the Information Department.

The Information Department themselves often recruit journalists from the NASRA news teams. Examples include a very promising young journalist Bob Preston who was attached to the Brazilian DAJPL Press Office. Following some amazing reporting revealing the true effects of the Uranium mines on the local populace and an aledged DAJPL cover-up, he wrote an award winning series of articles. Although the Information Ministry didn't actually publish these articles, it did request Bob come and join them that afternoon. Bob now works so hard for the Information Ministry, nobody, even his family have seen him since.
