allow searching of local NASRA media as well as to search and display media located
on other Internet servers. The systems may also provide the facility to upload
items of media for inclusion from a local filestore into the media database. In
case of public upload to a local filebase, the uploader will be informed clearly
prior to upload that they must own reproduction copyright of the digital form of that
media. If NASRA are falsely given such information, it is forseeable that Copyrighted
media may be uploaded onto NASRA filebases. NASRA will undertake to immediately remove
all such media upon notification from the Copyright owner or associated parties. NASRA
reserve the right to link media items held on a remote system and made publically accessable
by the media owner, and display these items of media in a bespoke 'form' of our own. Wherever
copyright over the image exists and NASRA are notified thereof, we will ensure that the correct
Copyright is displayed next to (or immediately prior to viewing) the media, and where copyright
is not known, the message 'Copyright Unknown' will appear. For NASRA Copyright material, please
consult the details under NASRA Content Copyright.
